The Debut Album (nearly finished!!!!) Head is currently in Phoenix in the recording studio with engineer Ralph Patlan, finishing up the final mixes for his debut solo album, entitled "Save Me From Myself." The Debut Album will be available in stores on September 9, 2008. The first single, ?��Flush?�� will be available exclusively on I-Tunes on July 8, 2008. The Debut Album will be released on Head's new label, Driven Music Group/H2C Music; and distributed by Ryko/Warner Music Group. Audio samples can be heard on the music player on this site as well as on Head's myspace page, myspace.com/brianheadwelch.

Book One (paperback version) and Book Two (new) in stores June 24, 2008!!! Summer booksigning tour being scheduled!! As many of you may know, Head's autobiography, "Save Me From Myself" was released last summer and quickly hit the New York Times Best Seller?��s List (non-fiction) within days of its initial release. Harper Collins publishers will release the paperback version of Save Me From Myself on June 24, 2008. The paperback version of the original hardcover should prove more affordable for Head's fans and others interested in his amazing story.

Also on June 24, 2008, Harper Collins Publishers will simultaneously release the young adult version of Save Me From Myself, entitled "Washed By Blood." After the huge success of last year's book signing tour, Head's label and Harper Collins are currently in the final stages of solidifying another summer book signing tour to coincide with the new book releases.

Other News--Head will be appearing at Cornerstone Festival over the July 4th Holiday this year, in Bushnell Illinois, outside of Chicago. Head has also been asked to appear at Universal Orlando's annual "Rock the Universe" festival over the Labor Day Holiday, September 5th and 6th.
